✅ Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

✅ Only full, unopened, and undamaged boxes of LVP flooring are eligible

❌ No returns on individual planks or partial boxes

📦 Products must be in original packaging and resaleable condition

🧾 Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

🚫 Clearance, custom, or final sale items are non-returnable

 

 

 

📬 How to Start a Return

 

 

  1. Email us at info@lvpsupply.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Ship items to the return address provided by our team

  3. Ensure packaging protects flooring during return transit

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

 

 

 

 

💲 Restocking & Refunds

 

 

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned products

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or opened will not be refunded

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 business days.

📷 We may request photos to assist with claim processing.
